• Responsible for creation, positioning, and strategy of messaging and communications with investors, research analysts, and quarterly earnings materials, including directing finance and accounting individuals in detailed analysis to generate information• Manages the Director of Treasury/FP&A responsible for long term modeling, corporate development analysis, and debt compliance; Director of Risk Management responsible for insurance, risk, and environmental programs; and two external outsourced consulting arrangements (investor relations and cash management) in addition to project-related management of investment bankers and lawyers• Critical player in the most successful REIT IPO in 15 years: o Prepared and evaluated various scenarios for potential monetization of CyrusOne for Cincinnati Bell o Assisted with the preparation of the SEC registration statement and the additional REIT disclosures required o Evaluated and established the capital structure for CyrusOne including negotiation of our $225 million credit facility and $525 million unsecured bond agreements o Developed materials for numerous constituencies including the Boards of CyrusOne and Cincinnati Bell, Moody’s and S&P, and Equity and Bond investors o Coordinated efforts across various key areas through this process, including several law firms, investment banks, external auditors, and accountants to meet aggressive time tables

In addition to responsibilities as Director of Capital Markets:• Responsible for Investor Relations, including preparation of quarterly earnings materials, attending analyst conferences, and answering equity and capital markets questions for analysts, investors, and ratings agencies

• Assisted with the issuance and refinancing of over $3 billion in debt, including senior secured credit facilities, unsecured bonds, sale leaseback of wireless towers, receivables securitization, and equipment financing• Responsible for ongoing compliance with senior credit facilities, various indentures, and receivables securitization; strategic analysis and interaction with capital structure; created processes around monthly/quarterly review of requirements, calculations, and certifications • Created complex financial modeling, including reviewing and preparing Corporate long-term strategic modeling for income statement, balance sheet, and cash flows for over 6 years; experience and learning have refined and improved the process every year• Oversaw the corporate cash management process, including daily management of cash collections and disbursements; managed the transition between credit card processors

• Coordinated forecasting and planning with actuarial and investment consultants for the company’s pension and postretirement plans for both expense and cash funding requirements• Experienced in reviewing, analyzing, and assembling the corporate annual budget, annual balance sheet and cash flow budget, and mid-year forecasts• Prepared materials for quarterly, annual, and strategic discussions for Board of Directors meetings and presented to senior management
