Previously, Cave was Director of Supplier Management (SM) for International Space Station Program, within the Space Exploration business unit. • Evaluated the top 20% of the Space Exploration spend and aligned those suppliers to the business unit efforts, resulting in a $600K Award Fee increase. • As Supply Chain Director, reversed a 30% staffing gap and changed the position level average from a P4 to a P3, saving the equivalent of one man-year of budget.He was Director of SM&P for Intelligence and Security Systems (I&SS), and regional site lead for the Potomac Region in Springfield, Va.
