• Educate customers in fuel quality and benefits on efficient operations.
• Conduct studies of customers fuel consumption comparing other brands versus Shell product.
• Attend to customer product quality and volume concerns. Create a report and recommendation for action plans.
• Manage Special Projects such as tank repairs & maintenance, calibration, flowmeter, construction of new fuel tanks and more.

• Managed one (1) senior sales specialist and two (2) sales specialists. All regular employees.
• Conduct daily review and monitoring of the sales force such as calls, fieldwork, visits, engagements, site inspections and technical meetings.
• Budgeting for the whole department. Making sure that we do not exceed the given monthly budget.
• Monitoring Sales Pack Template. Composed of monthly customer transactions with details such as gross profit, volume, GP per volume, number of deliveries, etc.
• Attend weekly MANCOM meeting for sales report and customer satisfaction rating.

• Preparing presentations kits and marketing materials. Conduct face-to-face product presentations to top management such as CEO, CFO, COO, and Board of directors.
• Attend conventions and seminars related to the energy sector in order to improve knowledge about the industry. At the same time, hunting for potential clients.
• Prepare and conduct financial background investigation of the client (Solvency, Liquidity, and Profitability) for credit recommendation to top management.
