I currently direct all aspects of the admissions and recruiting efforts at New England Law School. I also oversee both the financial aid office and marketing offices. By combining oversight of these three offices, I can orchestrate seamless admissions processes, optimize financial aid programs, and drive effective marketing campaigns. This allows us to elevate institutional success by fostering collaboration and innovation across diverse teams.

Direct all aspects of the Admissions Office for the School of Law. Responsible for the day to day operations of the office and for overseeing and implementing all marketing strategies related to enrollment of JD, LLM and SJD students both domestically and internationally. Oversee all digital and print advertising including newspapers, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, and YouTube. Specific duties and accomplishments include:  Created and implemented a marketing strategy to both prospective and admitted students which resulted in a 40% increase in applications and an increase of almost 60% in enrolled students over the last three years.  Implemented a full life cycle recruitment strategy to help enroll better credentialed and diverse students. Along with a much more robust and personalized recruitment strategy which has resulted in increases in LSAT, UGPA and net tuition revenue for the School.  Designed and executed a marketing strategy that utilized both traditional print and digital assets  Serve as a member of the Law School’s Senior Leadership team Work and collaborate with many other Law School offices including extensive interaction with faculty and other senior leadership at the Law School to bring about change and buy in for the recruitment strategy Manage an office of 5 full-time professionals and 3 part-time staff Administer a scholarship budget of over six million dollars Oversee all aspects of JD, LLM and SJD recruitment both domestically and internationally. This includes extensive travel to promote the School at various events and speaking at conferences and Schools.  Helped build several new partnerships with foreign Law Schools that will help grow LLM enrollment over the next several years Implement and direct all marketing and content as it relates to Admissions

Oversee all aspects of the Enrollment Management Office for the School of Law. Responsible for all strategies that enable the School to achieve its short term and long term objectives of enhancing student qualifications along with meeting all budget requirements. Responsible for implementing these plans through various marketing and administrative initiatives including a brand new social media strategy Specific duties and accomplishments include: Implemented a new interactive marketing strategy with the use of Social Media, which helped us to increase our LSAT and GPA for our entering class, despite the continuing decline of national applicants. Supervise a staff of 4 full-time administrators, 4 full-time clerical workers and dozens of student workers and ambassadors. Administer a Financial Aid budget of over $5,000,000. Plan and participate in all recruitment and conversion events. Serve as a member of the Deans Senior Cabinet. Collaborate with the Communications Department to help develop all Admission and Financial Aid publications. Increased the entering class credentials from 2009 to 2011 to the highest in the history of the school while maintaining all budget projections in regard to tuition revenue. Increased student satisfaction with the Office of Enrollment Management through of a variety of initiatives including extensive staff training in customer service. Plan and participate in all diversity pipeline initiatives

STRATEGY• Expanded geographic diversity of candidate pool through new recruitment initiatives that led to a 45% increase in applications over a two-year period, well above national trends.• Focused on demographic diversity through special events and publications; during this time the School was nationally recognized as being in the top 10% of all ABA approved schools in terms of racial and cultural diversity.• Oversaw and helped to implement the School’s first national merit scholarship program.MARKETING• Conceptualize and help oversee production of all admission publications including application view book, teaser brochures, and other publications designed to attract students to the school.• Plan and participate in various special events for admitted students, including Open Houses, Admitted Students Day, various Luncheons with alumni and also with current students and as a result our office was able to increase our LSAT scores and GPA to the highest levels ever seen by the school• Interface with the Web Administrator in the re-design of the Admissions web site.ADMINISTRATION• Manage an operating budget of more than $775,000 per year • Supervise a staff of 8 full time admission professionals• Conducted performance appraisals and salary recommendations• Oversee all aspects of the Admissions web site, admitted student intranet and Aces2.• Oversee all policies and procedures related to:1. Communicating with over 7800 applicants and 1200 admitted students2. Review of applications3. Counseling of prospective students4. Coordinating acceptances, deposits and registration of all admitted students
