I completed a 17 month assignment as the BBQ plant Controller at CFM through RHM consulting.The Ont. Teachers union purchased the company on April 11th. I was brought in to fix the high inefficiencies at the Plant. I improved 17 million in factory variances. I correcting data problems with the Baan operating ERP system and phantom routings that were not back-flushing properly. By instituting cycle counting and installing internal controls, new practical Plant Capacity Standards, Inventory became more accurate.Implemented Sarbanes Oxley controls to improve inter-company Inventory billing practices.

Importer and distributor of Electronic Products (900 million)Reporting to; I was brought in Feb 05 to perform the year end change on the Blue link system. After completing the year end change to Feb 05 I continued to look after the books for Global Purchasing for Circuit City office in Barrie. At the request of the owner and the external auditors I was brought in to fix the ERP system (Blue Link Solutions) and to make a recommendation on a new ERP system. I fixed the ERP system and before we had the chance to upgrade to the latest version of Blue Link the owner sold the company to Radio Shack. The owner and Management at Radio Shack asked me to stay until the sale and new year end were completed and I could train the new accountant. This assignment ended in Oct. after we submitted the September results to Radio Shack.
