I am licensed as a Realtor since 1981. I returned to an active practice in August of 2005. I do 80% commercial ( including a specialty in Restaurants Statewide) in the counties of Sussex, Morris, Warren and Passaic. My focus is in commercial buildings in the 2000sf to 30000sf. I lease office space, sale of office buildings, mixed use,retail,churches, investments the remainder of my practice of is spent in my local community in the residential markets with a strong focus on Sparta and Lake Mohawk NJ

I am the former President of a 600 member Realtor Association. I am also a former member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors Political Affaira Committee. I serve on the NJAR Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. I have been asked by my Association to serve anoter year in 2010.

ART INC started this company in addition to serving in a consulting capacity in various positions across the NYC restaurant world. A specialty was in the integration of POS systems into real time accounting programs, along with problem solving in under performing properties.
