We relocated at the beginning of 2016 to service a dynamic and rapidly evolving marketplace.Overview of the DBO role:-Customer Strategy: Understand and contribute to customer strategy. Align sales talent with vertical and divisional strategies.-Drive Sales Execution: Achieve business goals by leading sales efforts.-Performance Standards: Maintain high performance standards across the team (KPIs).-Operational Management: Implement effective processes and manage resources according to the Market Planning and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).-Internal Collaboration: Work with other Directors to strategically align sales talent across the region. Build effective partnerships to leverage expertise and maximize business outcomes.-Talent Management: Hire, assess, and develop sales trainees, meeting local hiring targets and fostering career growth.-Talent Pipeline: Strengthen the sales talent pipeline through training and development.-Leadership Development: Prepare future leaders through development programs.-Culture Building: Promote a culture of integrity, diversity, inclusivity, authenticity, empowerment, and excellence.-Vision and Strategy: Inspire and motivate the team with a clear vision and strategy.-Relationship Building: Foster strong team relationships to create followership.-Consistent Communication: Align the team with organizational goals and values through clear communication.
