Prepare estimates of repair using Xactimate software to provide cost of repairs to insurance company. All estimators eventually transferred to Peoples Trust Insurance company as field claims adjusters.

Preparing all estimates for insurance review and payment. Being the liaison between the insured and Insurance adjuster. Making sure policy verbiage was followed as they differ from policy to policy especially when dealing with condominiums and their condo docs. I would also be in constant contact with customers to make sure they were being properly taken care of throughout the restoration process.

After sales role was completed my role would switch to writing estimates using Xactimate software to turn in to the insurance adjuster for review and payment. I would be in contact with the adjuster throughout the process until the insured was back to pre loss condition.
