First point of contact responsible for facilities management at the global headquarters for Delta Air Lines, Inc. Reporting through the Corporate Real Estate team to delivery of quality facility management services. This role will coordinate and manage tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure world class operations. Multi-million square foot facilities include the Global Headquarters campus, Reservations Center, Off-Site crew parking facilities, Midfield Services, Material Services warehousing and Baggage Operations Control Center. Under roof facilities include large fleet of centrifugal chillers, building management systems, cooling towers, critical power UPS, multi-megawatt diesel generation, HVAC systems, raised floor and data center equipment.
