Internal Control (October 2021– Present), • Responsible for the assessment and monitor of the engineering procurement internal control framework, including regional policies and key risks in order to ensure that the WEU region and rep offices (namely UK&I, France, Switzerland and the Netherlands) have adequate controls to prevent and mitigate unforeseen circumstances and intentional errors in financial reporting, processes and business operations. • Lead the process for internal controls reviews for the WEU regions. Develop policies and procedures to improve internal controls, compliance and efficiency. • Deliver adequate and timely reporting on the internal control framework and control deficiencies to ensure appropriate communication, documentation, escalation to project responsible owner and senior managements. • Deliver adequate and timely action plans and monitor progress to address and resolve control deficiencies. • Work collaboratively with business and process owners to implement and monitor remediation efforts that result from internal control assessments, ensuring the effective implementation of corrective action. Digital Transformation (September 2020 – October 2021), • Liaise with IT department to develop and drive the WEU region engineering procurement digital transformation strategy and roadmap that is aligned to the organisational values, strategies and objectives. • Review existing internal business processes and identify areas of improvement, utilise change management skills to design, implement and optimise processes. • Promote and support the use of of the new technology across the WEU region engineering procurement service delivery function. • Enhancing performance by driving the use of information and technology through strategy, process, system, structural and behavioural change across multiple department and rep offices.

Operation Team Lead (September 2019 – September 2020), Duties include: • Responsible for UK rep office’s high profile clients such as 3UK, Vodafone, BT and EE. • Provides help to department manager, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance. • Responsible for monitoring KPIs and communicate the goals to team members and motivate each other to achieve the goals. • Collecting and analysing data to produce Monthly Power BI reports and preparing PowerPoint for Monthly meetingsProcurement Request (PR) specialist (July 2018 – September 2019), Duties include: • Proactively coordinate and lead a team to cover the procurement requests for over 100+ delivery projects in the UK rep office. • Initiated weekly status meetings with team members to resolve internal and external issues. • Liaise with PMO and technical support to optimize and improve the PR procedures to increase the process efficiency. Participated in the configurations and development of automation process for the BT projects, increased process efficiency by 60%, making this a pioneer in the UK rep office. • Working under high pressure; handling multiple tasks at the same time while dealing with urgent requests to help keep the project on schedule.
