I have worked extensively with companies, institutions and funds, dealing with all kinds of matters in investments, capital raising, strategic alliances and businesses building.Before joining its senior management team, I worked extensively in securities trading and investment banking with CICC.I participated heavily in the development of China's fixed-income markets as an industry participant in CICC, building and growing our trading, structuring, distribution and origination platforms, taking risks, distributing products, adding capacities and working closely with key regulators. I also completed more than 40 investment banking deals with dozens of clients, leading CICC IBD teams to dominate the China equity-linked and bond league tables regularly during 2007-2009.Having lived in North America for 12 years and armed with academic and industry experiences, I came back to China in 2000 and participated in the fast growing investment banking industry.
