I was an IBM Project Executive for Networking and eBusiness Hosting. I would work with the IBM Sales teams to help create the costing for the pricing proposal. Once the pricing was accepted by the customer I then had the overall responsibility for the transition to bring the customer's applications to the IBM hosted services data centers. Transition had to be completed on time and within budget. Once transition was completed I was then responsible for meeting the contract commitments in the steady state environment. I also had to meet the P/L targets and financial growth targets for new business. I was expected to sign new business during the term of the contract and keep a good customer satisfaction rating and be the main point of contact for the customer.

National Account Manager – Sprint Nextel●Managed national accounts in Connecticut including United Technologies. Accomplishments:-Negotiated a three year bulk services agreement with United Technologies ($15M). - Then renewed it for a second term due to customer satisfaction and a cost effective solution I negotiated.-100% Club Winner (three years).
