Supervise HIV Community Educators and other staff working at the resource center.Coordinate peer education activities at the facility to ensure that target groups receive information about HIV and AIDS including risk reduction information through peers, as well as information about available services (C&T, care and treatment, etc.).Establish and provide oversight to on site activities such as indoor games tournaments to create an audience for peer education. Oversee condom distribution in the resource center as well as ensuring that all the lodges and guest houses where transport workers are regular patrons always have condoms in stock.Ensure the resource center is stocked with HIV/AIDS education materials, condoms, training materials and referral brochures to health and social services. Organize regular events at the resource center including discussion sessions by local pharmacists and other health providers to address STIs and malaria and discussions to provide support for alcohol abuse and gender-based violence.
