- Research assistant for Social Science Research Thematic Grant (SSRTG) project ‘Christianity in Southeast Asia: Comparative Growth, Politics and Networks in Urban Centres’ under Terence Chong (Deputy Director, ISEAS) and Daniel P.S. Goh (Associate Professor, NUS)- Arranged and conducted participation-observations in nineteen churches as well as field interviews with seventeen Christian leaders in seven Southeast Asian cities- Lead author for one ISEAS Perspective piece on Christian megachurches and their political strategies in the Philippines- Co-ordinated the editorial process of Navigating Differences: Integration in Singapore (Singapore: ISEAS, 2020), a collection of essays by Singapore scholars on the challenges to social integration in the country- Launched mass surveys on SurveyMonkey and GetResponse, took notes for focus groups with key internal stakeholders as well as interviews with Cabinet ministers and senior government officials, and compiled the preliminary report draft as part of the first institutional review since the establishment of the organisation- Performed regular note-taking duties for the organisation’s monthly management committee meeting

- Drafted a terms of reference framework for the Chinese and Western Approaches to Military Ethics dialogue conference held on 1 November 2015- Provided a preparatory research piece that was disseminated to conference participants on ‘Unique Terminology in Chinese Political and Military Ethics’, utilising traditional Chinese texts such as The Analects, The Mencius, Mo Zi, and Daodejing- Co-wrote a book review with Director George R. Wilkes in the Journal of Military Ethics on Chinese Just War Ethics: Origin, Development, and Dissent, edited by Ping-Cheung Lo and Sumner B. Twiss
