Animator for K-12 math software for homeschool learners

Mr. John Chris Calida worked as a team lead for both Suncor-PIP team and Delta team. He manages the flow of task from clients to the developers to ensure every member will be accounted for. Regular Client Meetings and managing deadlines was also a part of the role to ensure that everything works perfectly. He also contributes to documentation, team policies and standards.

Mr. Calida was a Flash Developer of Wideout Creative Department - Innovid. As a Flash Developer, his responsibilities were to receive tasks from team leads and other point persons and develop assigned projects for the client Innovid. He monitors own delivery status and slack time and takes measures to ensure productivity. Learns any new documentation design, development methodologies and trade tools and apply in production. Contribute in the documentation of bugs and their fixes shared in production. And Contributes in the formulation of team policies, standards and practices to ensure consistent performance and productivity of the team.
