General superintendent over seeing 40 million dollar plus Multi Family projects

Currently working on the Hampton Inn and suites in El Segundo Ca. 175 rooms, in a 2 podium / 4 - wood wrap on Sepulvada Blvd, 2 blocks south of LAX. This building features 175 rooms, meeting space, custom furniture throughout and a bar, with a custom poured in place concrete fireplace and patio seating along side Sepulvada bl, indoor pool on ground level, 1 level of underground parking, this is a LEED Gold Project. This building will be the Star of Sepulvada Blvd Just completed in July of 2015 the Ocean House Apartments in La Jolla Ca, a 52 unit complete gut and remodel of a 1970's era apartment. This project consists of a complete gut, abatement, new structural code enhancements, podium level remodel, complete pool deck and deck remodel.we have a completion of 7/6 with the first floor rent ready on 5/29Other challenges incurred are a complete repipe of both domestic and sewer lines, plaster finishes, converting existing house power to LEED / Ca Green standards, complete led lighting systems and added air / split systems to each unit
