I manage the weekly payroll for 50 staff, which includes by an hourly rate for day, and afternoon shifts, casual s, also apprenticeships, with all on RDO provision. Manage their Super guarantee, plus extra contributions, and maintain work cover compliance. Ensure that all new staff have completed the necessary forms, so as to able to have their details entered into the system. Maintain all documentation in regards to the Fair Work Australia, and relevant bodies in respect all industrial awards.

My primary role was to manager the MYOB software package for accounts receivable and payable, also serve front counter customers, and liaise with phone enquiries. Help with Payroll, and prepare IAS and BAS compliance forms, also End of Month and End of Year reports and functions, Superannuation, and Work-Cover payments.

I had five MYOB accounts to manage, also to enquire and follow up on over dew accounts, and liaise with a collection agency. Apart from the day to day support to the accountants, I was responsible for completing the weekly payroll of 50 staff members, and all that entailed.
