 Managed the TUPE transfer of 30+ employees from Addaction into the employment of CRI. Redeveloped service delivery across each site to deliver interventions within scope of the new service specification.  Monitor service delivery utilising National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) Clinical Audit Cycles, identifying improvements and.

 Performed the role of CQC Registered Manager for three sites ensuring compliance with CQC requirements, guidelines and legislation. (During my time within this post I experienced unannounced CQC inspections at all three sites, with compliance found in all areas and aspects of good practise highlighted within the reports.) Provided direct senior.

 On implementation of the service, following tender award I undertook the initial recruitment, induction and training of a staff team of over 20 across the wider service.  Management, development and implementation of a Drug Interventions Programme Team consisting of 5x Specialist Criminal Justice Intervention Workers + 2 x Student Social work.
