• Processed biweekly payroll for 800+ employees located in New York, Puerto Rico, and Guam.- Made sure employees in different state / country had the correct PTO law set up in their timesheet (NY, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) • Partnered with California designated payroll admin to process California termination manual checks, understanding California laws.• Kept close watch of the Multi-Jurisdiction reports each payroll to make sure all employees were coded correctly with their respective states codes and if incorrect, made the correct changes every quarter. • Transitioned and went through implementation from previous HRIS software iVantage to Workday, constantly testing and checking for any errors.• Utilized ADP Smart Compliance to stop/void any checks and to process all garnishment, liens, and levy. • Work closely with HR to correctly pay employees who were on FMLA, PML, LOA and other different leaves. • Assist with year-end processing including W-2.• Excel in technical system usage: ADP, Ceridian Dayforce, HCM Workday, ServiceNow, and etc.
