Provided Instrument and Process Analyzer Technical Maintenance support throughout the Refinery during regular and T/A maintenance periods

Primary Goal was to monitor, evaluate and document validation results of High end Flare and Stack Emmision CEMS Analyzer Systems and to provide maintenance recommendations reports to improve the performance, reliability and accuracy of the Analyzers. Secondary Goal was to provide management and planning support for preventive and routines maintenance.

• 36 years Work Experience in Process Refinery Instrumentation Maintenance.
• Remove, repair, calibrate, test, and installation of various Flow, Pressure, Temperature and Level Transmitters, Pressure Switches, Thermocouples, Control Valves, Positioners and Transducers, Radiation Level.
• Fabrication of New Instrument Packages which include layout, tube bending, wiring, control valve set up and complete loop check out.
• Experienced reading prints, understanding logic and troubleshooting various PLC interlock systems for shutdown and startup of Heaters, Compressors, Pumps, 3 Phase Motor Speed Control and Encoding Rotational Control.
• Proficient in the operation and maintenance of various Analyzers, Applied Automation & Siemens Maxim II Chromatographs and sample switching conditioning systems.
• Served as Planner for the Instrument Department. Duties required managing, planning and scheduling the maintenance of Instrumentation, Systems and Equipment work throughout the refinery during regular and Major.
