I have over 20 years' experience working across global, large scale, cutting edge projects, ranging from Corporate Fit Out to Data Centers, Residential, Food/Retail, Pharmaceutical and Industrial. I commenced my career with Ethos in 2008 as a Project Engineer and through the leadership and guidance of the Ethos Executive Management Team I have been promoted rapidly over the years to my current role as Operations Director, leading a large team of highly committed, talented and driven Mechanical & Electrical Engineers. As an Operations Director and leader in Ethos Engineering, my key goal is to inspire our team of skilled engineers to deliver world class projects for our valued blue chip clients. I have a depth of international leadership experience and I bring my expertise in operations management, strategic planning, leadership and negotiation skills to every project we deliver. Clients know me as a highly committed leader and team player who is technically expert, honest, and open minded in delivering every project. Above all, my focus is on pleasing our key stakeholders and end users, who will ultimately live and work in the buildings we develop. I have extensive experience in the delivery of international projects for FDI clients and also in the negotiation process at strategic project stages of building purchasing / leasing / permitting, ensuring the client receives a bespoke building / site campus that perfectly fits their current and future needs. I am passionate about working collaboratively with our clients to truly understand their needs and outcomes. I am deeply committed to ensuring that these needs and outcomes are delivered through our engineering skillset while always focusing on bringing unique and innovative ideas to the table. My proudest achievement without question has been committing 10 years to studying at night, attaining a first class honours Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering Technology in Building Services Engineering, both while working full time in the industry. I enjoy spending time with my family and I have 3 kids all under 10 years of age. To destress I like to keep fit as much as possible by running and going to the gym.
