Responsible for the delivery of Public Sector IT Projects, Full Fibre Networks, WANs, LANs, within defined budget, time & quality parameters.

Coordinating between in-house engineers and customer sites and ensuring efficient communication between internal departments, Commercial, Finance, Projects & Engineering. Saw scope of work through to completion and maintained comprehensive documentation. Built automation of internal processes.

Responsible for the line management and training of senior staff teams at several residential homes for young people with varying degrees of Autism. Regularly led on interviewing candidates for Support Roles. Oversaw the management of the Health and Social Wellbeing of the Young People.

Regular shift leading, including medication rounds and support for staff on shift. Organised medical appointments for the young people, and maintained CQC defined standards of care and audit trail of support paperwork. Delegated regular tasks to team of support workers, a few of whom I was responsible for line managing.

Ensured volunteering opportunities and service user itinerary were advertised extensively. Processed volunteer applications, including interviewing prospective volunteers and maintaining security of personal information that resulted from the application processes.
