Kaukauna high school is a strong, dynamic and well led public high school with approximately 1100 students. As a high school math teacher, I taught algebra,college technical math and served as our schools geometry intervention teacher. During my time at Kaukauna, I have also served on the the KHS School Improvement Plan (SIP) team, the Math Data Team, and assisted in many areas of our athletics and activities department.

In a Catholic high school environment, I worked with over one hundred students teaching Geometry, Algebra, and Pre-Algebra. I was also active in our co-curricular programs serving as co-adviser over our competitive math club/team and assistant golf coach.

Oshkosh, Wisconsin Area

In this position, I was responsible for total administration of a K-12 athletics program, and provided leadership to our total activities programs in our schools. In this role, my priorities included program leadership, philosophy (planning and implementation), all fiscal operations, staffing and staff development, equipment management, facility planning and event supervision. I supervised over 50 coaches and staff members annually and was responsible for an operating budget of approximately $450,000.

As an assistant coach in our program, I specialized in guard play, individual skill development, scouting, film work, and all other facets of our program. During this time period, our varsity team won four Trailways Conference titles, and qualified three times for the WIAA Division 4 state tournament. I was also asked by our head coach, Dennis Ruedinger to serve along side him coaching the North squad for the 2011 Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association All Star games. Coaching the sport of basketball has served as a tremendous medium to positively influence the development and lives of thousands of young men and it is truly my passion.

Under the direction of head coach, Patrick Smith, I executed responsibilities in all facets of coaching an NCAA DII men's basketball program. Specifically, my leadership roles included recruitment, individual player work-outs, directing all youth camps/clinics, film analysis/breakdown/exchange, on-floor practice & game coaching, travel and a wide variety of administrative tasks. I also directed our student-athlete's academic skills success program and coordinated our NCAA compliance responsibilities.

La Crosse, Wisconsin Area

During my time at UW-La Crosse, I served as head manager and as a student assistant coach. My duties included facility/equimpment management, practice planning & on-floor coaching, game coaching, recruitment of student-athletes, youth camp/clinic organization, team travel, and a variety of other admininstrative tasks. I gained a wealth of experience, and witnessed a variety of philosophies and approaches to NCAA Division III basketball, while working under four (4) head coaches during my time at UW-La Crosse.
