As a New Business Integrator, I am responsible for:•Integrating new assets, facilities, and/or people into the Elanco organization as a result of Mergers and Acquisitions•Due diligence of target assets•Supervising a team responsible for launching new products, indications, line extensions, and technical transfers

• Working with executive level management, I identify projects which help the organization meet its strategic goals. Then, I assemble cross-functional teams to solve the strategic problems, lead the teams through the process of clearly defining the problem and goal, collect and analyze relevant data, generate and select innovative solutions , and control implementation of the solutions through measureable performance indicators. • Educate, coach, and mentor Green Belts and others on Lean Six Sigma philosophy and application• Participate in long-range planning for the organization.• Consult with customers about improvement opportunities and solutions.
