Responsibilities include daily management and mentoring of 6 Domestic Technical Recruiters and 10 Off-Shore Recruiters (India). This includes defining best practices and maintaining service level agreements as part of the Global Service Delivery organization.Management of both an on-shore/off-shore recruiting delivery model.Provide leadership and mentoring on both best practices and service level agreements to off-shore team.Implementation of a new ATS system for recruiting and Service Delivery.Partnered with Finance and Legal Departments to establish new vendor agreements based on service level agreements, performance and financial control.Established recruiting service level agreements.Conduct daily and weekly status meetings with Sales and Service Delivery related to staff augmentation and project resource needs.Participated in all RFI/RFP responses inclusive of assessment, requirements gathering and definition.Manage all Third Party vendor relationships, rate/contract negotiations, best practices and service level agreements.Current Industry Focus is Financial Services and Manufacturing.
