Ensure that Project costs and forecasts are accurate and up to date by coordinating regularly on site FCA's.Create internal work orders and map expenditures Conduct critical analysis of project costs and budget and provide corrective actionsProvide input for bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports Provide timely and accurate reporting of contractors’ performance including cost, schedule, material receiving, and quality on a per shift basis.Implement Enbridge standard construction tracking and reporting systems with regards to cost, earned value, and schedule. Manage and report construction cost and schedule elements. Ensure that the Enbridge standard WBS, tracking tools, reports and processes are being utilized by the construction contractor and field personnel including Field Controls Analysts, inspectors and administrative staff. Interface with the Project Controls, Project Management groups and construction contractors to ensure established tracking and reporting requirements are being fulfilled. Responsible for providing project management reporting on all assigned projects as required.

 At construction startup, setting up scorecards for earned value reporting for the project scope broken down by the WBS and update and monitor performance of the project and the contractor based on results. Verifying actual progress and resources verses planned progress and resources. Ensuring the contractors are tracking the progress of their work in a similar manner utilizing scorecards to report earned value and overall scope completion percentages. Updating the company cost tracking tool with installed quantities, per the agreed upon scorecards. Preparing and submitting the reporting from the field, which would include, but not limited to, detailed construction progress information ( overall construction weighted average, overall man hours, overall construction costs, construction productivity, construction performance indicators, details cost by contracts, spreads, facilities), request for information (RFI’s), Contract change orders (CCO’s), change directives (CD’s), narratives including general comments, safety, quality, cost, schedule.
