I excelled in this position and was quickly promoted to 2nd in charge of a 30 man team in my short time at TSA. I therefore became responsible for the results of the team, in which I also flourished. I also won best customer service award nationally within the company, boasting 6 offices across Australia, each with 200 plus employees.
