The Franchise Experience Department was created out of the strategic planning process to enhance franchisee engagement with the brand and to support the business and growth of over 300+ franchisees. I was selected as the first consultant to engage with general managers and franchisees to better gauge their needs and enhance their business.January 2017 – February 2023- Coordinated and hosted up to 15 events for all general managers across the brand per year. Events required public speaking to audiences exceeding 50+.- Facilitated and coordinated all travel and logistics for all general manager events including hotel, transportation, airfare, meals and other aspects with annual budget of $200k.- Worked to build relationships with over 900+ general managers as the liaison between the managers and corporate office. - Worked with all departments at the corporate office to relay feedback from general managers back to department heads for the purpose of continuous improvement by instilling trust and soliciting feedback from all the general managers.

- Built relationships with 5 regions in 8 different states, over a 9-year period as the main point of contact for a total of 200+ locations and over 50 different franchisees. - Developed a strong operations background through learning and teaching all operation aspects to franchisees and their management. - Analyzed all location data to discuss with franchisee any areas of concern.- Worked with franchisees and management to improve select key performance indicators (KPI) to improve location economics. - KPI’s included, cost of goods sold, profit and loss analysis, labor, guest service, speed of service, inspection scores and marketing.- Used sales techniques and relationship building to influence franchisees and management on different areas to improve store metrics.- Required to talk with vendors from time to time to understand processes and procedures and to relay feedback from franchisees.- Met with all franchisees in region on monthly basis to discuss business metrics, areas of opportunity and other key metrics to improve AUV.
