About John Collado
John Collado began his insurance career with the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies in Los Angeles. John moved to Houston to establish a captive insurance company for the Texas banking industry in conjunction with the Independent Bankers Association of Texas and Anco/The Anderson Company. John served The Anderson Company with a primary emphasis in program development and management. In 1995, he was elevated to president of the company. In 1996, The Anderson Company merged with USI to become a regional growth center for USI’s expansion in the Southwest. Since 1996, John’s role was to establish, expand and oversee USI’s Southwest growth strategies. The Region currently comprises a revenue base in excess of $300 million across 17 offices in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. About USI Insurance Services USI has 11,000 dedicated, experienced and innovative professionals connected throughout the United States, and is a leader in insurance brokerage and consulting in property-casualty, employee benefits, personal risk services, retirement, program and specialty solutions. In excess of $2.7 billion in annualized revenue, USI is the 5th largest insurance broker of U.S. business.
