Successfully accomplished multiple projects in the areas of direct healthcare services, business development, physical plant and infrastructure, etc. Some of these projects and challenges included:• Financial ad-hoc reporting with T-SQL, SSRS dashboards development• Transitioned the facility from paper to cloud based charting and medical records system, deploying Point Click Care platform. Tested data migration by exporting data into local SQL server, developed ad-hoc summary reports and compared it with source data. • A conflict regarding final transition of ownership of the $3,900,000.00 facility acquisition occurred, which resulted in extreme primary stakeholder and scope management challenges during the Execution phase of project. Other stakeholders impacted were buyers, sellers, local, state and federal regulatory bodies, etc. Ultimately, all issues were overcome and the project was successful. • Designed and assisted in the installation of upgraded Wi-Fi and WLAN.• Installed new workstations and touch pad wall kiosks throughout the facility, including associated software suites.• Installed VOIP phone system throughout the facility and programmed the individual units.• Had a high-speed fiber optic line connected to the facility and personally set up the dedicated firewall, routers, coded the Cisco switches, etc.

OwnerEstablished a landscaping and light construction business and was responsible for business development and operations. Some projects included:• Performing assessments, estimates, design, contract writing, etc., for grounds projects and structures such as gazebos, arbors, patios, storage buildings, etc., as well as security systems.• Specialized in projects involving the design and installation of passive and/or active security and area denial systems. These projects were custom installations, primarily using Raspberry Pi and Arduino components that featured Python coding.

During my first full fiscal year, I was successful in increasing annual revenue by over $1,260,000.00 and transitioned the facility from non-profitable to profitable status within 7 months. • Managed facility physical plant refurbishment project with a budget of $700,000.00, during which Asbestos was discovered in the facility. This impacted the project time, scope and cost, as well as project monitoring and controlling, and required coordinating with various state authorities along with the Environmental Protection Agency on the federal level. Other projects, included a marketing project with a budget of $130,000.00, grounds upgrade project with a $100,000.00 budget, etc. • I designed a tracking report that analyzed Workers’ Compensation claims, their underlying causative factors and financial impact. Subsequently, claims were reduced by over 80% (Used T-SQL, Excel).• Installed and programmed an interactive, wireless nurse call system, which allowed facility leadership to monitor call light response times, receive electronic alerts via text and /or email when set parameters were exceeded and it allowed leadership to generate various response time reports. • Installed security system that allowed remote monitoring of video cameras and notifications of selected area intrusions.• Set up remote secure access points that allowed physicians to utilize area hospital’s electronic medical information systems.
