I am responsible for the overall performance of the properties and maintaining beneficial working relationships with clients, tenants and key internal / external stakeholders within my portfolio. I successfully plan and manage all day-to-day property management operations, including staff training and motivation, business development, regulatory compliance, product development, and client support, nurturing and relationship development.I am currently managing all aspects of the successful planning, running, compliance, operations and problem solving for over a large number of commercial, retail and industrial sites ranging up to 8000m2. I deal with leasing, asset management and overseeing the operational management of the properties that are within my portfolio. I am also involved in marketing, leasing and sales of all commercial and industrial properties within the portfolio and outside the existing portfolio. I enjoy creating, building and nurturing strong commercial relationships and I am quite successful in maintaining those relationships.
