As a student of Computing Security at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), I am passionate about learning and applying the latest techniques and tools in the field of cybersecurity. I am a recipient of the RIT Presidential Scholarship and the RIT Performing Arts Scholarship, which recognize my academic excellence and artistic talent.I completed multiple summer internships within the Information Security field. One was at the New York City Police Department's Information Technology Bureau, where I gained valuable experience in information security, vulnerability and threat management, security awareness campaigns, and risk assessment. I worked with the Security Operations Center team, used a variety of tools to analyze and document security issues, and composed HTML phishing emails to assist security awareness training. I also developed skills in networking and computer science, which complement my cybersecurity knowledge and enable me to tackle complex problems.Most recently, I have been working for SandboxAQ, a former Google X company that is tackling a variety of projects relating to and incorporating both quantum technology and artificial intelligence. As an Information Security and Compliance Intern at a fast growing startup, I have tackled many different aspects of information security such as government and compliance in relation to desired certifications, security awareness, and crucial task automation.
