This includes assisting in the preparation of all quarterly SEC filing, implementing and innovating financial reporting functions, and assisting in annual audits conducted by external auditors. The Senior SEC Financial Reporting Analyst will work closely with our growing Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting team to support Talkspace’s quarterly, annual and long range plans.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:● Reporting ○ Assist in the preparation and review of all quarterly SEC filings including filings on Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K. ○ Assist in the preparation and development of the financial statements and disclosures included in management’s discussion and analysis and related XBRL documents. ○ Prepare, review and verify the accuracy of financial statements, supporting schedules and source data. ○ Complete quarterly reviews and annual audits conducted by external auditors.● Project Management ○ Implement and innovate processes to continuously improve financial reporting functions. ○ Review workpapers to ensure transparency and compliance with SOX. ○ Review XBRL tagging of Forms 10-Q and 10-K. ○ Research new SEC reporting requirements and technical accounting and assess their impact on the Company’s reporting processes.● Teamwork ○ Collaborate with the various departments in preparation of the Company’s consolidated financial statements ○ Address ad-hoc requests for information from stakeholders.
