We listed over $3 Billion in commercial real estate assets for sale on our marketplace platformWe built another piece of software that helps local governments automate the permit application, by tying geospatial data, within the permit process.Our software became the primary tool used in attracting new businesses to the community. Using PortEngine's software, our Economic Development Partners were now able to quantifiably pinpoint the exact number of new homes being built, and the value of those homes to the local economy. We listed more than $1 Billion in Residential homes on our platform.

Fintech Startup. Help families pay off college debt, fast. Built a website and IOS application that helps connect a community of people (Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa, Aunts, Uncles, & Employers) to help pay off student loans. We connected a half-dozen bank accounts, to a single college loan. Every time one of these accounts made a transaction, the spare change was rounded up, and applied directly to the principal balance of the loan. These “Connected Accounts” enabled the student loan to be paid down in about 1/2 the usual term, saving tens of thousands of dollars in accrued interest. I will go to my grave, convinced that this business would have become a unicorn 🦄🦄The plan was to start with college debt, then move into mortgages and car loans. Our platform would have solved a $15 trillion dollar problem.

I was able to parlay my expertise in these areas into a nationally syndicated weekly radio program, where I had a consistent listening audience of more than 5,000,000 people each week.
