I've led early stage ops teams totaling ten, to divisional leadership over 150+ team members and 15+ brands representing 10 technology platforms in a PE-backed enterprise. Each experience has brought its own unique challenges which become exceptional opportunities to learn and grow in business acumen.I value the three core attributes of any healthy organization - People, Process, and Platforms. The value and investment in the team (first) will depict whether an organization thrives or regresses. The processes depict the sustainability, and scalability, of that team.
