I have an entrepreneurial bent and identify best with those organizations that foster this type of culture.For almost 15 yrs., I've had the pleasure of serving in executive operational roles in the SaaS technology market. The solutions we've provided have spanned relational databases, content management systems, financial processing software, and mobile apps across a technology platform landscape as varied as the solutions we've provided. I've led early stage ops teams totaling ten, to divisional leadership over 150+ team members and 15+ brands representing 10 technology platforms in a PE-backed enterprise. Each experience has brought its own unique challenges which become exceptional opportunities to learn and grow in business acumen.I value the three core attributes of any healthy organization - People, Process, and Platforms. The value and investment in the team (first) will depict whether an organization thrives or regresses. The processes depict the sustainability, and scalability, of that team. And the platforms are critical to the support of both People and Process for the highest efficiency and scalability. In my experiences handling post-merger integration work for dozens of tech businesses as a result of M&A activity, I've been part of countless opportunities to help align and accelerate the value of an organization by focusing on these three foundational optics.In the years to come, my desire is to continue contributing to like-minded organizations that have grown tired of just being good and continue inspiring teams to bring their best on a daily basis.

This partnership has been the catalyst for an entirely new opportunity vertical which has taken annual revenue from $3MM to $5MM. -
Marketing DirectorWild Bill'S Foods, Inc. Oct 2005 - Jul 2009As a premium brand with a very loyal client base, I re-envisioned the market positioning and pricing of our brand. Starting with the appropriate visual representation, I led the development of all new packaging film design and imagery for the brand. Consistency was brought to the line, giving an appeal to the line that reflected the quality of the product.Taking that new market positioning, I worked to develop a new consumer site which brought the re-designed imagery, shopping cart, and customer feedback stories into the new design. Additionally, new sales collateral was provided to the VAR network, helping to promote and encourage store purchases. This led to storewide placement in Sheetz, Wawa, Weis Markets, and Giant Foods stores.This new positioning, operational efficiencies, and quality product caught the interest of Monogram Meat Snacks and eventually led to the acquisition of the company from Hatfield Quality Meats in 2009.
