In my role serving low-income customers on behalf of PECO, First Energy, and all NJ Electric and Gas providers, I provided independent, third-party Quality Control services for electric and gas Utilities, focusing on Low-Income Usage Reduction and PA Act 129 Energy Efficiency programs. Contracted primarily to Tamasin Sterner (Pure Energy), I managed processes to collect, measure, and evaluate QA Program performance data.
