My team administers Structured Finance, Growth Capital and Large Corporate deals. Transactions we work on include term loans, RCFs, standard and pooling overdrafts, intra-day limits and debt transfers. Our role involves being a point of reference for any queries relating to documentation on live deals, as well as reviewing new or amended draft facility documentation prepared by panel lawyers acting on behalf of the bank. Once the documentation relating to a transaction is in agreed form, we will review all the documentation required for completion and ensure that the deal is marked and paid out correctly.

Administering a wide variety of deals drafted by panel lawyers acting on behalf of Santander. Largely focused on Social Housing, Structured Finance, Growth Capital and Large Corporate deals in later years, but also worked on Healthcare, Trading, Education and Real Estate deals. Responsibilities include reviewing draft facility documentation against credit papers and bank policy to ensure everything was in agreed form prior to execution, and at completion of the deal to ensure the facilities were marked and paid out correctly.
