In less than three years created a niche HVAC and Refrigeration focus of business for Walter’s Wholesale Electric-(Energy Management Division). Secured new products and vendors for Walters, selling very specific electrical equipment to non-traditional customers resulting in a high margin of business revenue, along with 50+ new customer accounts. Creatively.

• CA and NE Regional Field manager 2011 - PresentCurrently the Field Manager for a team of Energy Efficiency Consultants in CA and the Northeast. Directly manage field program execution and field staff for a $ 15MM.
• Saved 62,407,905 kWh annually; reduced 6.76 megawatt and distributed $10,128,988 incentives state-wide.

Developed the national market for LED Power lighting products specific to Supermarket, Grocery and Convenience stores. Also developed the Northwest regional market for LED architectural lighting products with over 2 MM in direct sales in 2009. Helped at LED Power to design and develop new products and educate on the emerging LED technology.

Managed multiple million dollar custom home projects in the Seattle metropolitan area. Single custom home projects ranged from $ 1.5 - 6 MM.Worked directly with Customers, Architects, Engineers, Sub-Contractors and Signature Employees, and managed all aspects of the Project from start to finish including budgets and strict timelines.
