He has a tremendous ability to remain calm under duress. What I remember most fondly about John was how easy he made my job. Everything he touched was handled with competence and grace, and it was one less thing I had to worry about. In my time at Jumper, John came into the role when the company was at 5 employees. From week one I knew he was going to be a leader. He built up an agency department offering multiple new products helping find ways for our clients to double or triple their spend. He grew the team to over 25 full time employees. His strength in client relations paired with his top-notch problem-solving skills, makes John a huge asset to have. Any team that has the opportunity to work with John won’t be disappointed. He will not only go above and beyond in his position but will also bring experiences that will be invaluable to a growing company. I can’t recommend John enough for almost any position. He has been through the ups and downs of a growing company. Throughout it all he brought a great attitude and a strong work ethic. I’m confident that if you brought John on to your team you will not be disappointed."
