Managing the Asset Maintenance Program for three major tunnels located on the Pacific Highway in the northern NSW region - St Helena Tunnel, Tugun Bypass Tunnel and the smaller Cudgen Tunnel.Responsible for asset performance meeting defined measures in accordance with Australian Standards (AS) and best practice principles.Delivery of the new asset.

• Executing, designing, planning, managing and auditing Coles Supermarkets; one of City FM’s major partners. Delivering new stores, refurbishment projects and critical mechanical / HVAC installations within strict.
• Mechanical and HVAC Consultant with complete design responsibility for all Coles Supermarket refurbishment projects (VIC / TAS)
• Managing Mechanical Contractors, Controls Contractors and Builders to ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standard whilst upholding compliance with the relevant Building Codes, Australian Standards (AS).
• Providing professional, specialised and exceptional service and support to the Coles Project Managers throughout the entire lifecycle of the projects (VIC / TAS)
• Developing / nurturing key business relationships and ensuring project expectations are effectively communicated to all key stakeholders and team members
• Minimisation of design oversights leading to a reduction in project variations and associated scope changes

• Managing, designing, integrating and delivering energy efficiency and sustainability projects within high profile buildings via the Tridium Niagara Platform and KMC Controls building solution products.OPERATIONS
• Managing, coordinating and supporting subcontractors and internal staff
• Procurement management and generating schedule of works programs
• Responsible for ensuring optimum Quality Assurance (QA) within the company
• Liaising with Consultants and compiling complete O&M manuals for final handover with clients
• Retrofit project reconnaissance to complete project design documentation to specification

• Planning, developing, integrating and programming the Bauer Optimising Technology (BaOpt) for pressurised low velocity air mixing innovation in commercial, council, government and privately owned buildings.OPERATIONS
• Assisting sales strategies and business growth by facilitating consultant / client presentations
• Developing financial and energy saving forecasts in the form of Return on Investment (ROI)
• Integration and implementation of the BaOpt control algorithm
• Control algorithm proficiency with a key focus on software parameterisation
• Training and management of system integration partners in the BaOpt technology

• Managing, designing and delivering Building Management Control System (BMCS) projects from conception to completion.OPERATIONS
• Total project financial and design responsibility as well as specification compliance
• Producing project forecasts and progress claims
• Resource, programme and procurement management
• Managing subcontractors and internal staff throughout the project lifecycle
• Designing System Schedules and Points Schedules

• Engineering, programming and commissioning Building Management Control Systems (BMCS) and Energy Management and Reporting Systems from conception to completion.OPERATIONS
• Liaising with Consultants to meet project requirements and specifications
• Interacting with Customers to meet expectations and achieve complete satisfaction
• Collaborating with Mechanical Contractors to provide innovative solutions that work
• Facilitating Functional Acceptance Testing presentations
