Selected for Enable II, a 2 year, 78 million dollar project involving SAP business integration across 11 meat and 2 frozen bakery plants with a long term goal to capture a minimum 32 million dollars in annualized savings. Assigned to the Logistics team and became the business lead for implementation of the SAP QM module. Responsible for the design and development of the module to meet the business needs and worked with IBM resources on solutions. Utilized SAP development processes such as BBP, GAP documents, KPPs, and the Solman SAP document management system. Created and conducted preliminary workshops for plant representatives that allowed feedback processes to take place during the sessions. Coordinated testing utilizing the Mercury database system with both corporate and plant representatives during script writing and test phase.
