Product Support Manager for Rotor Wing Programs (June 2007 to August 2009)I was the lead on all Rotor Wing programs focusing on Performance Based Logistics (PBL) solutions for the BAE Systems Platform Solutions products. I have recent experience and contacts in US Navy and Marine Corps supply and maintenance organizations.Business Development Manager for Readiness and Sustainment (June 2006 to June 2007)I was the lead for Navy and Marine Corps Readiness and Sustainment Business Development team establishing the strategy necessary to meet the integrated Business Plan (IBP). My primary focus was on Performance Based Logistics (PBL) pursuits that have exceeded the IBP while cementing our position as a premier PBL services provider. Joint Strike Fighter Global (JSF) Global Sustainment Manager (August 2005 to June 2006)I acted as the BAE Systems member of the JSF Global Sustainment Integrated Product Team (IPT) developing the Concept of Operations and the Performance Based Logistics Implementation strategic planning guide.

Customer Relations Representative (December 2002 to August 2005)I was the Corporate Customer Facing Organization representative supporting business capture strategies for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Military Programs. I was the single point of contact to Lockheed Martin for all product performance and integration while managing the Lockheed Aero supplier performance metrics for eighteen Smiths Aerospace production sites. I acted as the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Autonomic Logistics and F/A-22 Performance Based Logistics (PBL) coordinator for Smiths Aerospace supporting the Lockheed Martin Strategic Supplier Alliance. I supported several successful Bid and Development efforts defining the best business approach for a win/win solution for out proposal teams. Senior Program Manager (October 1999 to December 2002) I directed all of the operational activities for the F/A-18, F-14 and AV-8B Stores Management System (SMS) Performance Based Logistics (PBL) program to include field service, inventory management, sustaining engineering, material requirements and repair planning. I was responsible for the very successful PBL program budget, sales and margin performance as well as customer interface. My extensive background in aircraft systems integration and military logistics operations was instrumental to the success of this PBL program. I was responsible for identifying, analyzing and pursuing defense logistics transformation programs and opportunities. These would include PBL approaches to existing and new weapon system support utilizing alternative business approaches

Engineering Manager (April 1995 to October 1999)I directed the technical support and training of US Navy/Marine Corps units operating the F/A-18 Hornet and AV8 Harrier in the Western Pacific area of operations. I have extensive CV and LHA shipboard operations and maintenance experience while acting as the director of the Fleet Support Team operating from the Marine Corps Air Station, Iwakuni, Japan. I lead at team of six US Government Engineers and twelve Contractor Representatives while acting as the Assistant Officer In Charge (AOIC).

I moved into qualification and flight test integration of the AV8 Harrier display, display computer and weapon aiming system upgrades. I remained the principal systems integration engineer for several systems upgrades until moving into Program Management.
