My previous experience was working for the Homeless Department at Ashford Borough Council where I investigated and assessed Homeless Applications. This required a high level of communication and investigate skills. Its hard to describe exactly what a Homeless Officer does but I had to work to very strict deadline and work within Government Guidelines.I moved on to Golding Homes where I started off as a Neighbourhood Advisor which encompassed dealing with viewings and new tenancies through to court appearances and execution of warrants I dealt with all aspects of rent and tenancy management. I also manage Anti Social Behaviour (I am certified BTEC Level 3 in Community Safety, Crime & Nuisance Management) and income maximization for tenants. From joint agency work with the Police, Social Services and Mental Health teams to dealing with agents on new developments - my varied role brought me into contact with a wonderful spectrum of people. Now as an Income Advisor I specialise in Rental Collection and Income Maximisation which covers both Social Housing and Private Rented properties.I also manage a portfolio of private properties outside of Golding Homes.I enjoy my work, I love to help people and advance the success of the company.
