- Liaising with internal staff and external suppliers to ensure the accurate, efficient and economical processing of customer material from start to finish.- Design and management of internal systems responsible for job flow, CRM, inventory and invoicing.- Supporting representatives in the field, recording spend and reconciling purchases.- Responding to customer enquiries/ assisting sales callers with timelines, technical processes and knowledge to ensure the best financial return for clients.- Calculation of financial value of material based on assay percentages, treatment weights and current market metal rates, along with general quality assurance.
