I am a dedicated employee with approximately a decade's worth of experience in Animal Welfare auditing, research, biosecurity, research presentation, educating/training welfare standards, collaboration, and changing culture. Prior to the poultry industry, I worked in the medical field, specifically podiatry, post-undergraduate and prior to that, I served as a corpsman (medic) for U.S. Coast Guard. These experiences have made me an expert people-person, team leader, professional and expert manager that understands expectations and accountability. I have experience and training in biological sciences, research, data analysis, military leadership, medicine, physiology, biosecurity and professional animal auditing. My passion is my family and writing. Dedication, Respect, Loyalty and Honor are values instilled in me by my military experience. They are also values I carry with me in all endeavors.
