He is responsible for claims avoidance and claims resolution work for private, municipal, and federal construction projects and clients.Prior to his work as a consultant, he performed on-site project management services for a multitude of projects for general contractors in the State of Florida. This on-site experience has assisted him in analyzing and providing written documentation in the determination of delays and inefficiencies, entitlement, liabilities, and damages for virtually every type of project including transportation, water and wastewater treatment, educational, commercial, hotels, condominiums, private residences, and athletic facilities.Having analyzed construction claims for more than a decade, John has directed and performed all types of analyses during the project to help the project team resolve disagreements and avoid disputes; and, after the project has completed to help the parties resolve any differences without resorting to costly litigation.John provides scheduling services that include development of CPM baseline and recovery schedules, review of baseline schedules and subsequent schedule updates, and education. Also, John reviews and assists in development of contract scheduling specifications.
