A contact record deduplication strategy was also developed. The processes were executed over a go-live weekend and NRF resumed business on 4 December with a consolidated InterAction system. The program of works was executed successfully, on time and within budget with no issues. The client was extremely happy with the outcome.

This web UI provided tight data entry controls over the contact information and as of 2012 is still in use. It provided very clean and high quality contact data and is a very robust solution.
