While working full time as an Emergency Medical Technician I have been sponsored by the service to complete a Bsc in paramedic science at the University of Cumbria. At the end of the 2 year course I will be able to register as a fully qualified paramedic with the HCPC.

Qualified EMT with London Ambulance after completing my apprenticeship gaining a Distinction in my diploma. Qualified to be an independent clinician on frontline emergency ambulances.

Full-time apprenticeship that will result in me being fully qualified Associate Ambulance Practitioner capable of being an independent clinician utilising blue light driving as appropriate. After first four months of the apprenticeship I will be full time on the roads in an ambulance. The first four months is spent on classroom clinical training and blue.

Working as a solo medic covering the iconic Shakespeare's Globe and while managing a team of first aiders I provided assistance to a variety of patients often with multiple patients at once giving valuable experience in leading teams, managing and triaging patients and customer service.
