I am an Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist at El Paso Cardiology Associates, where I perform minimally invasive procedures using imaging guidance and contrast agents to diagnose and treat various cardiovascular conditions. I work with a team of cardiologists, nurses, and technicians, and contribute to improving patient outcomes and safety. I have over two years of experience in the field of interventional radiology, having worked as a multi-modality technologist at Tenet Healthcare, a Level II Trauma Center in Eastern El Paso. There, I gained exposure to different specialties, such as neurology and vascular surgery, and handled complex and emergency cases. I hold certifications as a medical laboratory technician and a registered technologist in radiography, which complement my skills and knowledge in the radiologic technology field. I graduated with an associate degree in radiologic technology and another associate degree in clinical laboratory science from Southwest University at El Paso. I am passionate about learning new techniques and technologies in the fast-growing field of interventional radiology.
