Over thirty years experience in facility, project and property management with proven abilities in a wide range of technical areas including structural, mechanical, cosmetic, and tenant space construction. Background in all facets of commercial building operations, property management, including assisting the development team with construction and due diligence of new acquisitions. This background has helped in the ability to prioritize and execute the responsibilities as Vice President of Property Management, dealing with property, leasing and development of the Detroit Industrial Portfolio. Due to the recent sale of the Detroit Portfolio, my responsibilities have expanded to asset management of commercial properties located in the Ohio and Indiana markets.

Greater Detroit Area

Moving my portfolio to Colliers International's Metro Detroit office, I manage a 1.6 million sq ft. portfolio located in the Romulus/Van Buren Twp area and one large production facility located in Warren MI. Additionally, I manage an the office building our main office is located at, in Southfield, Mi. Other responsibilities include corporate driven objectives such as standardization and support of our local team through a program called Real Estate Management Services (REMS). I manage all budgertary, construction, maintenance and tenant issues for the facilities along with supporting marketing and property owner's objectives.

Managing commercial warehouse and multi tenant light assembly and distribution/office properties located in the Romulus, Belleville and Warren Michigan areas. Responsibilities include property management which entails accounting, budgetary and facility management responsibilities. I also handle any tenant improvements and large projects.

Charlotte, North Carolina Area

Contracted project was to standardize the facilities management and general appearance of automotive dealerships owned and operated by a large celeberity owned company. I also dealt with larger projects and problematic issues at the dealerships in a multistate area.

I managed construction, tenant improvements and capital projects such as roof replacements and HVAC rehab for large multi tenant buildings located in the Detroit Metro area such as Troy, Madison Hgts, Southfield, Farmington Hill and Romulus Michigan. I also managed a group of maintenance employees and set scope and hired contractors involved in the maintenance and repairs of the commercial properties. The properties consisted of large office/flex and distribution warehouse.

Southfield / Farmington Hills Michigan

I handled the maintenance and repair of a portfoliio of properties fee managed by Cushman and Wakefield for a large insurance company and a teachers credit union retirement fund. Responsibilities included TI improvements, capital projects such as roof replacement and managing day to day maintenance/tenant issues.
